Every once in a while I stumble upon someone's experience as they begin to stumble along the road to improving their health and fitness, trying what seems insurmountable and laughing at themselves along the way. Those are the stores I like to read, and I know you do, too. When I read them, it makes all my whiny complaints seem meaningless.
One that I'd like to share is a blog I've been reading it for about a month now. Jody is on the road to health, and at nearly 300 pounds, is training for her first sprint triathlon.
I find her blog inspiring and encouraging, and I hope you will too.
