I feel heavy.

I feel slow.

I feel tired.

I feel panicky - not ready for the sprint tri I have this weekend, or the marathon 1 week after that, or the half iron 2 weeks after THAT.

I feel bored.


I feel unmotivated.

I feel hungry--for all the wrong foods.
