I wrote that I did the Bottomless Triathlon a couple weeks ago, but I just now got the results.
The swim includes t1, and the bike includes t2, just so you know:
............400m Swim........14k Bike.............2.4 mile run = total time
2006......10:06.............34:02................32:51 = 1:16:59
2007.....11:13...............33.47................30.59 = 1:15:59
2008.....9:32................31:20................31:17 = 1:12:09

I also have to comment on your first day as an official counselor.
Athough I don't know you in-person, I have ready your blog for awhile, following your transition from teacher to counselor.
If you are any where near as good with the folks who walk through the door for counseling as you were as a Teacher (and you were), you will be an awesome asset to the Center and to the people that you will work with.
Too bad there aren't more counselors out there like you.
