But take note that the bumper sticker is on the passenger side. So obviously this truck belongs to a red neck, and his woman was just staking her claim to that side. ? Just an idea.

First of all, Tammy, if it were a rednecks truck, she would have staked claim on the middle seat. That's just what rednecks do. As for the message, I'm not sure. Is he trying to say that he has small balls? Maybe it's a womans truck and she is saying that she has control of her mans balls? Maybe she is saying she used to have balls? Maybe she is saying she, hell I don't know! This is just gross!
