
Writing everything I ate would be too long to put here, and too boring to read, so I'm including the summary readout of yesterday's log from
"LifeForm", which I highly recommend as a tracking program.
I probably ate a little too much fat, but in my defense, I only use canola and olive oils.
Yeah, and I'm not sure where it came from. I don't eat meat or dairy, so I'm guessing it's either coconut oil or hydrogenated.
